Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the NIYAMA-VIDYĀ website, public information pages, authenticated learner workspace, registered learning content, feedback-submission features and support-request features. NIYAMA-VIDYĀ is independently operated from Ontario, Canada; the name identifies this educational website and does not represent a university, accredited institution or technology vendor.
These terms are effective September 6, 2026 (version 1.2). By using the site, you agree to use it consistently with these terms and the related Privacy, Website Disclaimer and Third-Party Rights pages. If you do not agree, do not create a learner account or continue using authenticated features.
Learner accounts
NIYAMA-VIDYĀ learner accounts use Google, GitHub or LinkedIn as authentication providers. NIYAMA-VIDYĀ does not issue a separate password. You are responsible for using a provider identity you are authorised to use and for protecting that provider account.
A provider-authenticated identity is not automatically a registered NIYAMA-VIDYĀ learner account. New learners must explicitly confirm account creation. Existing learners should use the same provider identity to preserve one continuous learner record.
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a NIYAMA-VIDYĀ learner account. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, review these terms and the Privacy notice with a parent or legal guardian before creating an account.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another learner's private records, probe or disrupt the platform, submit malicious payloads, misuse feedback or support forms, impersonate another person, or use automated access in a way that materially harms service availability.
Labs, projects and code examples should be tested in environments you control and used in accordance with applicable law, organisational policy and third-party licence terms.
NIYAMA-VIDYĀ content & reuse
Original NIYAMA-VIDYĀ educational text, diagrams, page structure and NIYAMA-VIDYĀ-created graphics are published under the NIYAMA-VIDYĀ name and remain controlled by the independent site operator unless a page states otherwise. You may use the site for personal learning and ordinary reference. Republishing substantial material, operating a mirror, presenting NIYAMA-VIDYĀ work as your own or removing attribution and rights context is not authorised merely because the material is publicly viewable.
Short quotations and references should preserve appropriate attribution and must not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Third-party services, names & materials
Google, GitHub, LinkedIn, NIYAMA-VIDYĀ's operational service providers and technologies discussed in the learning material are controlled by their respective owners. Their services, terms, licences, availability and privacy practices may change independently of NIYAMA-VIDYĀ.
Reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship, partnership, certification or endorsement. See Third-Party Rights & Attribution.
Feedback & support submissions
Do not include passwords, API keys, financial information, government identifiers or confidential third-party records in feedback or support requests. Information intentionally submitted through Feedback or Contact & Support may be stored as reasonably needed to handle the submission and meet applicable operational, security, dispute or legal requirements, as described in Privacy.
Progress & completion records
NIYAMA-VIDYĀ may record in-progress activity, explicit completion, bookmarks and full-library completion readiness. The current NIYAMA-VIDYĀ Full-Library Certificate of Completion records completion inside NIYAMA-VIDYĀ. These features are not academic credit, professional licensure, vendor certification or an independent assessment of job competency.
Availability & changes
NIYAMA-VIDYĀ may correct or update content, routes, features, supported sign-in methods, learning inventory and policies as the platform evolves. Temporary outages, maintenance, external-service changes or technical failures may affect access. Material changes to these terms, privacy practices or account handling should be reflected through an updated date and, where appropriate, a prominent notice before or when the change takes effect.
Ending learner access
You can sign out at any time. Settings provides learner-data export and a self-service option to delete NIYAMA-VIDYĀ learning-state data and deactivate the NIYAMA-VIDYĀ learner registration. NIYAMA-VIDYĀ may also restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, interference with other learners, legal requirements or loss of a required service. Where circumstances permit, the reason and any available next step should be explained.
