Why this system exists

NIYAMA-VIDYĀ teaches the real AI ecosystem without pretending the ecosystem belongs to NIYAMA-VIDYĀ.

Real-world AI education sometimes requires naming organisations, products, open-source projects, model families and benchmarks. This register explains why those names appear and keeps ownership, affiliation, source and licensing boundaries visible without becoming a catalogue of the services used to operate the website.

Purpose & scope

NIYAMA-VIDYĀ references third-party organisations and technologies when they are necessary to explain how the AI ecosystem works in practice. The purpose is identification, education, comparison and source verification—not to imply a commercial relationship.

This register focuses on third parties that receive substantive educational treatment or repeated contextual attribution. It is not intended to list every paper, standard, package, URL, generic technical term or behind-the-scenes operational service. Authentication providers remain identified where learners directly choose and interact with them.

The marker is intentionally contextual rather than repeated beside every mention. Ordinary bibliographies and source lists do not need a marker merely because they contain a third-party name.

Naming an organisation or product identifies the subject being taught. It does not state or imply sponsorship, partnership, authorisation, certification or endorsement.

An official-source link helps verify information. It does not transfer copyright, trademark, patent, software, model, dataset or other licence rights.

Explained ≠ Owned

NIYAMA-VIDYĀ can independently explain publicly documented technologies while the relevant third-party names, marks, code, media and protected materials remain subject to their owners' rights and terms.

Source, licence & reuse boundary

NIYAMA-VIDYĀ may describe publicly documented capabilities, architecture, lifecycle information, technical trade-offs and real-world uses, and may link to official documentation for verification. That educational reference is separate from permission to copy, redistribute, deploy or commercially use a third party's materials.

It should evolve when NIYAMA-VIDYĀ substantively references a new organisation, an official source moves, ownership context changes or an existing record needs clarification.
