At a glance

NIYAMA-VIDYĀ is a learning resource—not a substitute for professional judgement.

The library aims for accurate, useful and source-aware educational material, but AI, software and vendor ecosystems change quickly. Learners should verify current facts and test code before relying on it in consequential, production or regulated settings.

01

Educational scope

NIYAMA-VIDYĀ is an independently operated educational website that provides explanations, examples, references, diagrams, exercises, Guided AI Labs, Portfolio Projects and Build Challenges. The material supports self-study and technical exploration; it is not delivered by a university, accredited institution, technology vendor or professional advisory firm.

Nothing on NIYAMA-VIDYĀ creates a teacher-student, adviser-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, professional or other regulated-service relationship.

Structured explanations and learning pathsThat one path fits every learner or professional role
Examples, code and implementation patternsProduction fitness, security or compatibility for your environment
References to official and primary sourcesThat external material will remain available or unchanged
Evaluation and validation guidanceA guarantee of a particular technical, academic or career outcome
02

Accuracy, completeness & a fast-changing field

NIYAMA-VIDYĀ aims to present material carefully, but errors, omissions and outdated information are possible. This is especially important for model catalogues, product names, API behaviour, software versions, benchmarks, pricing, availability, licensing terms and provider policies.

Where a fact is time-sensitive, the current documentation or policy published by the relevant provider should be treated as authoritative for that provider. Historical or comparative NIYAMA-VIDYĀ material should be read in the context of its stated date. If something appears outdated or incorrect, report the issue for review.

Living ecosystem ruleA page can be educationally useful and still require current-source verification before a real-world decision.
03

Code, Guided Labs, APIs & technical environments

Code and configuration examples are provided for learning. They may require adaptation for operating system, dependency version, SDK release, provider account, authentication method, model availability or deployment environment.

Test before production

Reference implementations are not automatically production-hardened. Review error handling, authentication, permissions, observability, data handling, rate limits and failure modes.

Protect credentials

Do not place real API keys, passwords or sensitive tokens into public repositories, screenshots, example prompts or submitted reports.

Understand cost

Third-party APIs, hosting, storage, model inference and other services may create charges. Confirm the provider's current pricing and limits before running workloads.

Review licences

Software, models, datasets, media, APIs and documentation may have separate terms. A NIYAMA-VIDYĀ example does not grant rights that the underlying provider or licensor has not granted.

04

No legal, financial, medical, compliance or other professional advice

Examples may discuss security, governance, privacy, finance, healthcare, enterprise operations or regulated contexts because those subjects matter to AI systems. They remain educational examples. Do not use NIYAMA-VIDYĀ as the sole basis for legal rights, regulatory compliance, medical care, financial decisions, cybersecurity authorisation or other professional decisions where qualified advice or formal review is appropriate.

05

Completion credentials, certifications, academic credit, employment & outcomes

NIYAMA-VIDYĀ may show a learning-domain map based on tracked activity and may make a NIYAMA-VIDYĀ Full-Library Certificate of Completion available when a signed-in learner has explicitly marked every tracked learning item complete. These are educational progress and evidence features inside NIYAMA-VIDYĀ; they record explicit completion of the registered library and are not an independent assessment of professional competency.

Unless a page expressly states otherwise, NIYAMA-VIDYĀ material is independent self-study content. A NIYAMA-VIDYĀ Full-Library Certificate of Completion does not constitute a university degree, academic credit, professional licence, accredited credential, vendor certification or guarantee of examination success, employment, promotion, admission, compensation or other outcome.

Where a third-party certification, standard or product is discussed, the relevant organisation controls its own current requirements, exam objectives, policies and credentials.

07

Intellectual property, attribution & third-party rights

NIYAMA-VIDYĀ's original educational explanations and NIYAMA-VIDYĀ-created visual material are distinct from the third-party names, trademarks, publications, software, models, datasets, standards and other resources discussed or linked throughout the library.

Reference to a third party is used to identify and explain the relevant real-world subject. It does not by itself mean affiliation, sponsorship, certification, endorsement, authorisation or transfer of licence rights.

Availability, changes & warranties

The website and its material may be corrected, reorganised, expanded, removed or temporarily unavailable. NIYAMA-VIDYĀ does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of a route or external source, or fitness of educational material for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of the website and reliance on its educational material is at the learner's own judgement and risk. Nothing on this page excludes a right or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

09

Learner responsibility

Use learning material proportionately to the consequence of the decision. A conceptual exercise can tolerate more experimentation than a production system handling money, health data, confidential information or security-sensitive operations.
