When to use Contact & Support
Sign-in or learner identity
Use this for sign-in questions, separate learner records, account-access guidance or problems reaching My Learning.
Personal-data request
Use this when self-service data export or deactivation is not enough, including requests that require a broader account-data review.
Access barrier
Use this when a website interaction, visual presentation, keyboard flow or assistive-technology issue blocks access.
Account-related technical issue
Use this for sign-in, learning progress, profile or settings problems that need support.
Submit a support request
Keep the request focused and avoid passwords, API keys, financial information, government identifiers or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Account & identity help
NIYAMA-VIDYĀ does not currently provide a self-service merge tool for separate learner identities. Use the same Google, GitHub or LinkedIn identity whenever possible so progress remains attached to one learner record.
If you believe you have separate learner records or can no longer access the identity originally used, submit an Account & identity access request. Do not send provider passwords or authentication codes.
Privacy requests
The NIYAMA-VIDYĀ Privacy Lead handles privacy inquiries and requests for this independently operated educational website based in Ontario, Canada. Settings provides self-service learner-data export and NIYAMA-VIDYĀ learner-data deletion/deactivation. For requests beyond those controls, describe the access, correction, complaint or account-data issue you need reviewed.
What happens after submission
After a successful submission, the page returns a reference identifier. Keep it if you need to refer to the request again. Receipt does not promise a specific response time, resolution or individual reply.
Contact & Support is not an emergency service and does not provide telephone, live-chat or emergency monitoring. For emergencies, imminent safety concerns or time-critical professional decisions, use the appropriate local emergency service, authority or qualified professional.
Support requests are not used to calculate learning progress, skill coverage, completion or certificates. They are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and meet applicable operational, security, dispute or legal requirements.
